Exectables
For firms
Exectables is a private bench of retired senior Australian investment-operations professionals, engaged by the hour for mentorship and project advisory. This page is written for the person doing the diligence — what the bench is, what an engagement costs, and who stands behind the platform.
Who the bench is
Retired senior Australian investment-operations professionals, admitted by application and by peer invitation. Every profile is drafted from the exec’s own CV and nothing is published until the exec confirms it. Rates are never published — an exec’s rate range is disclosed to you when they accept your brief — and a rating appears on a profile only once at least three reviews exist.
The shapes an engagement takes
Analyst mentorship, project advisory, operational counsel — scoped in hours, not retainers. You describe the engagement in your own words; within 48 hours Reece at Exectables personally introduces two or three execs from the bench suited to what you described. The engagement itself runs through its own message thread, with times agreed in writing and a calendar invitation to both diaries.
The full order of an engagement, from brief to review, is set out on how it works.
The fee, exactly
You pay the exec’s hourly rate, plus 10% GST. The platform fee is 6% of the engagement subtotal, capped at $30 per booking — and it is deducted from the exec’s payout, never added to your bill. Writing a brief costs nothing; nothing is charged until an engagement completes.
GST and invoicing
Engagements are billed in Australian dollars with 10% GST added. For engagements up to $5,000 your card is authorised when you book and charged only when the engagement completes. Larger engagements are invoiced through Stripe on completion, payable within ten days. A GST-compliant receipt follows either way, and execs are paid through Stripe to their nominated Australian bank account.
