Exectables
The founding cohort
Institutions remember who arrived first. The terms on this page apply to the founding cohort of the bench and the first firms to engage it — stated in full, so there is nothing to negotiate later.
Founding execs
Founding members of the bench pay no platform fee for their first twelve months, and a reduced fee thereafter — four per cent of the engagement subtotal, capped at twenty dollars a booking, for as long as they remain on the bench. That is a uniform one-third off the standard fee, forever. The fee, as always, comes out before the payout; it is never added to the firm’s bill. The founding cohort closes at twenty-five published profiles.
Referrals
When a colleague you refer publishes their profile on the bench, your own platform fee is waived for a further three months. Referrals stack, to a ceiling of twelve additional months. There is nothing to claim and no form to file — your code travels with the invitation, and the months accrue as your colleagues publish.
Founding firms
The first ten firms to complete an engagement are recorded as founding firms of Exectables. Founding firms are named in the founding register, with their permission; they receive first sight of new bench members in their field; and their first engagement is attended personally by Reece, from brief to completion.
How the terms are honoured
These terms apply to the founding cohort and are recorded against your account by us as you qualify — there is no code to enter and nothing to apply for beyond joining. Founding execs are grandfathered at whichever is better: their founding terms, or the prevailing schedule.
