    How introductions work

    Describe the engagement you need in your own words — the outcome, the hours, the timeline. Within 48 hours we introduce two or three execs from the bench suited to what you described. Each exec then has 48 hours to accept or decline your brief; an exec’s rate range is disclosed to you when they accept, and never published.

    How billing works

    Engagements are billed by the hour, in Australian dollars, with 10% GST added. For engagements up to $5,000 your card is authorised when you book but charged only when the engagement completes; larger engagements are invoiced through Stripe on completion, payable within ten days. A GST-compliant receipt follows either way.

    The platform fee is 6% of the engagement subtotal, capped at $30 per booking, and is deducted before the exec’s payout — it is not added to your bill. Execs are paid through Stripe to their nominated Australian bank account.

    Getting help during an engagement

    Write to hello@nomark.au with your brief reference — it appears on your brief emails and your dashboard. We reply within two days. Where an engagement has gone wrong we can arrange a full refund or make a fresh introduction. Your email is read by the people who run the platform.

    Changing your details

    Your profile — your display name, and for execs your rate range and engagement preferences — is edited from the account menu once signed in. Your rate range never appears publicly. For anything you cannot change yourself, including the email address you sign in with or the bank account Stripe pays into, write to hello@nomark.au and we will arrange it.

    How your information is handled

    We operate under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your brief and profile are visible only to the people involved in your engagements, and rate ranges are disclosed only on acceptance. The privacy policy sets out what we collect and why. Privacy-specific requests — access, correction, deletion — go to privacy@nomark.au; everything else to hello@nomark.au.
